1 Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, registering an account on, or subscribing to CryptoSignalClub (accessible via cryptosignalclub.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure.

If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the platform.

2 Nature of the Service

CryptoSignalClub provides systematic, algorithmic cryptocurrency market research and technical trading setups based on 15-minute candle closes across crypto trading pairs.

Signals published on the platform represent algorithmic pattern detections (such as "Breakout Confirmed" or "Pre-Pump Watch"). You retain sole responsibility for evaluating trades, managing risk, and deciding whether to place orders on any external cryptocurrency exchange.

3 Subscriptions & Pricing

CryptoSignalClub offers standard membership plans providing full access to all protected signal parameters:

• Pricing & Billing Cycle: The introductory membership rate is $40.00 USD per month (or the published rate at the time of checkout). Each subscription grant provides 30 consecutive days of full VIP access from the moment of blockchain payment confirmation.
• Member Access Entitlements: Active members unlock real-time unmasked coin symbols, exact verified entry prices, +5.0% take-profit target levels, -5.0% stop-loss levels, volume ratios, TradingView direct chart links, and full historical performance logs.
• Free Preview Tier: Registered non-subscribers have access to the Free Preview tier, which displays live market movements, direction, setup classifications, and resolved historical signals, while protecting active coin symbols, entry prices, and execution levels.
• Price Modifications: We reserve the right to modify membership pricing for future billing cycles upon reasonable advance notice published on our platform. Existing prepaid subscription periods are not subject to mid-term price increases.

4 Cryptocurrency Payment Processing

To preserve member privacy and ensure global accessibility, membership fees are processed in cryptocurrency via our payment gateway partner, NOWPayments:

• Non-Custodial & Push-Based: Cryptocurrency transactions are push-based. We cannot and do not automatically debit funds from your crypto wallet. Each billing cycle is paid by creating an invoice and transferring the exact crypto amount specified.
• Blockchain Confirmation Delays: Cryptocurrency transactions require network block confirmations. Invoices remain in a `confirming` state while the transaction is mined on the blockchain. Once the required number of confirmations is achieved and verified via server-side webhook, your subscription activates automatically.
• Supported Cryptocurrencies & Volatility: Invoices calculate the crypto amount based on real-time market rates at invoice generation. Invoices have an expiration window (typically 20 minutes). If an invoice expires before payment is broadcast, you must generate a fresh invoice at the current exchange rate.
• Accurate Payment Responsibility: You are solely responsible for sending the correct cryptocurrency to the exact deposit address provided on the NOWPayments checkout page, including necessary network memos/tags if applicable (e.g., for XRP, EOS, BNB). Sending unsupported tokens or incorrect networks may result in permanent loss of funds.

5 Cancellations & Access Expiration

We maintain clear, transparent membership cancellation policies:

• No Lock-In & Voluntary Renewal: Because cryptocurrency payments do not support unauthorized recurring pulls, you are never locked into an ongoing contract. You may choose whether and when to renew your membership.
• Cancellation Effect: If you mark your subscription as cancelled from your dashboard, your VIP signal access remains active until the end of your current paid 30-day term (`ends_at`). Upon reaching expiration, your account smoothly transitions back to Free Preview.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of instant signal delivery and the irreversible properties of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable once subscription access has been activated, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

6 Referral Program Terms

CryptoSignalClub provides a built-in referral rewards program to incentivize organic member recommendations:

• Referral Links: Every registered user receives a unique referral link and referral code (e.g. cryptosignalclub.com/?ref=YOURCODE).
• Reward Structure: When a new user registers through your referral link and completes their first qualifying paid membership payment, your account is credited with a $10.00 USD promotional credit.
• Credit Usage Limitations:
  • Referral credits may be applied strictly toward eligible CryptoSignalClub membership renewals.
  • Referral credits have no cash redemption value, are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn to external bank accounts or cryptocurrency wallets, and cannot be traded between members.
  • Credits are applied automatically during renewal checkouts to offset invoice amounts up to the allowed discount threshold.
• Prohibited Referral Practices:
  • Self-Referral: Creating multiple accounts, alt accounts, or artificial identities to refer oneself is strictly prohibited.
  • Spam & Unsolicited Messaging: Mass emailing, automated social media DM spamming, or posting referral links in unpermitted forums is prohibited.
  • Deceptive Marketing: Making false promises of guaranteed profits, fabricated success claims, or deceptive performance metrics when promoting referral links is prohibited.
  • Search Engine Bidding: Bidding on branded terms ("CryptoSignalClub", "Crypto Signal Club") in Google Ads or other pay-per-click platforms is prohibited.
• Forfeiture & Enforcement: Any referral credits generated through fraudulent, automated, or prohibited methods will be reversed immediately, and the offending accounts may be suspended without notice.

7 Account Security & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use CryptoSignalClub only for lawful personal purposes and comply with the following usage restrictions:

• Single-User License: Subscriptions are granted for individual use by a single account holder. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or share your account credentials with third parties.
• Signal Redistribution Prohibited: You may not scrape, mirror, rebroadcast, republish, or syndicate live signal data, coin alerts, or execution levels to Discord servers, Telegram channels, social media, or commercial trading groups.
• Automated Scraping & Reverse Engineering: You may not use automated bots, spiders, crawlers, or scrapers to extract data from our APIs or authenticated dashboards, nor attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or duplicate our algorithmic models.
• Security Interference: You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, bypass authentication controls, or launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.

8 Intellectual Property

All software code, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, database structures, scanning algorithms, telemetry systems, text, graphics, and branding on CryptoSignalClub are the exclusive intellectual property of CryptoSignalClub.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or commercial license in our intellectual property, trademarks, or proprietary algorithms.

9 Service Availability & Technical Disclaimers

CryptoSignalClub is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise:

• No Guaranteed Uptime: While we endeavor to maintain high reliability and 24/7 scanning operations, we do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to server maintenance, internet routing failures, or third-party exchange API outages (e.g. Binance downtime).
• Third-Party Market Data: Market prices, volume metrics, and candle structures depend on external cryptocurrency exchange feeds. We are not liable for inaccurate or delayed data provided by third-party exchanges.
• Algorithmic Output: Market scanners detect mathematical price and volume conditions. Detection of a setup does not guarantee that market prices will move in the predicted direction.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CryptoSignalClub, its developers, operators, or service providers be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of capital resulting from your trading activities or reliance on signals.
• Any loss or damage resulting from exchange execution slippage, liquidation, market volatility, software bugs, or communication delays.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

In all circumstances, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of CryptoSignalClub shall be limited to the total membership fees actually paid by you to CryptoSignalClub in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities for consumer rights. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent referral manipulation, attempted unauthorized signal redistribution, or compromised platform security.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform immediately ceases, and any accrued promotional referral credits will be deemed forfeited.

12 Dispute Resolution & Contact

In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact our support team at support@cryptosignalclub.com to attempt to resolve the matter amicably and informally in good faith.
